Stephen BrookeStephen Brooke is co-founder and Managing Partner of Swarraton Partners. Stephen has spent his career in venture capital, working with companies across numerous industries in the UK, US and South Africa. Prior to founding Swarraton, he worked at IP Group plc, where he was Director of Business Development and on the company's main board, and Columbia University Science and Technology Ventures in New York.

Christophe Jungels-WinklerChristophe Jungels-Winkler is co-founder and a Partner of Swarraton Partners. Prior to co-founding Swarraton, Christophe was at IP Group plc, where he managed the secondary private financings of IP Group's portfolio companies. Previously, Christophe enjoyed a highly successful career in the British Army where he served all over the world in combat and staff roles. Throughout his career, Christophe has worked for a family investment business in Switzerland, where he was responsible for deal sourcing and management of venture capital investments.

Village Ventures is a strategic partner of Swarraton and contributes to Swarraton's investment due diligence and portfolio company development. Village Ventures, based in New York City, manages $150 million of venture capital funds and generates proprietary deal flow from a unique network of twelve Partner Funds across the US who among them manage over $700 million. Swarraton is the first non-US Partner Fund in the Village Ventures network. Village Ventures provides Swarraton with unparalleled access to US venture capital expertise and knowledge, US markets and industry firms, and US capital.
Matt Harris
, Co-founder and Managing General Partner of Village Ventures, represents Village Ventures within Swarraton and advises Swarraton on all its activities.
Matt Harris is the co-founder and Managing General Partner of Village Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm with $150 million under management. Harris began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company, Boston. In 1995, he signed on as an associate with Bain Capital. Harris left Bain Capital in 1997 to become the founding Managing Director of The Berkshires Capital Investors, a venture capital fund associated with Williams College. Under Harris' leadership, BCI's first fund of $5 million invested in 12 companies, with eight successful exits to date. He sits on numerous corporate boards, including Bluetarp Financial, Swift Financial, Vico Software, OnDeck Capital and TxVia, Inc.
Advisory Board
Swarraton is fortunate to have the support of an Advisory Board made up of people with outstanding track records in entrepreneurship, venture capital, industry and finance. Members of the Advisory Board will advise on new investment opportunities, take board seats with portfolio companies and provide other advice as requested by Swarraton.
Kenneth Mulvany
CEO of Proximagen plc
Mr. Mulvany is currently CEO Proximagen plc, a biotechnology company which he has led from its formation in 2003. He began his career as a medical doctor before founding WebMD, one of the leading internet companies in the world. Following this success, Mr. Mulvany founded and managed the Strategum Group, a venture capital business based in San Francisco, which invested in a number of successful hi-tech start-ups.
Edgar Wallner
Former President and CEO of Orthofix International Inc
Mr Wallner has worked in the healthcare industry for over forty-five years. He has previously held a number of senior positions at EBI Medical Systems Inc., Hydron Europe Inc. and The Boots Company Ltd., where he was director of overseas companies operations. He recently retired as Vice Chairman of Orthofix International, where he had previously been President and Chief Executive Officer for fourteen years. He is also a Director of medical companies Cozart Ltd. and Arrow Medical Ltd.
Doug Fairservice
Formerly of Candover Investments plc, 3i plc and BTG plc
Mr. Fairservice has over thirty years of venture capital experience and built an outstanding track record while at Candover Investments plc, where he was with the company for twenty-two years before retiring in June 2006; BTG plc, where he was a Divisional Director responsible for technology investments; and 3i plc.
Maurice Thompson
Vice Chairman, head of Continental Europe, Global Corporate and Investment Bank, Citigroup Inc
Mr. Thompson has a long and distinguished career in investment banking. He currently works at Citigroup where he is Vice Chairman, head of Continental Europe, Global Corporate and Investment Bank, and was previously Global Head of Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank.
Eric Winkler
Founder and CEO of Saitek Ltd
Mr. Winkler is the owner and CEO of Saitek Ltd, a world leading designer and manufacturer of electronic games, gaming peripherals and computer accessories, which he founded in 1979 having developed the first non-US dedicated chess computer in 1978. Saitek has operations all over the world including a wholly owned manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, China.

Jacques Racloz
Former CEO of Novartis UK
Mr. Racloz has enjoyed a long and successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. He occupied senior positions in Sandoz Pharmaceuticals with over eight years as President of Sandoz Yakuhin in Japan before becoming CEO of Sandoz in the UK. In 1996, he was made responsible for the merger with Ciba Pharmaceuticals in the UK, becoming the first Novartis CEO in that country in March 1997. His business career has spanned corporate planning, research and development, production and marketing management over four continents. Since 1998, Mr. Racloz has been involved with numerous start-ups and early stage healthcare companies in the areas of biotechnology, delivery systems, communications and distribution.
